摘要
孤残儿童是我国特殊儿童中的一个群体。本文所界定的大龄孤残儿童是指年满十六周岁,具有劳动能力且将回归社会自食其力生活的孤残儿童。依据相关政策文件,上海市儿童福利院自2005年开始,由社工设计和实施了一系列的就业辅导服务。本文以社会学习理论为分析基础,尝试梳理出了上海大龄孤残儿童就业辅导服务的架构,并总结了通过理论保障服务质量的途径。最终使大龄孤残儿童获益,满足需求,实现新的成长。
Disabled Orphans in China, as a group of children have special needs. Older disabled orphans in this article refer to the children at the age of 16 years old, with the ability to work, which will return to the community independently. Since 2005, according to the relevant policies, the Shanghai Children's Welfare Institution designs and implements a series of employment services by social workers. On the basis of social learning theory, the writer tries to sort out the frame of employment services for the older disabled children in Shanghai and summarize the theoretical ways to protect the quality of the services. Ultimately, these services will meet the demands of older disabled children.
