摘要
介绍盛丽先教授治疗儿童喉源性咳嗽的经验。盛教授根据儿童喉源性咳嗽的病因、病机,将本病分为风邪久恋、肺气失宣型,痰气互滞、肝脾失和型,肺肾阴虚、咽喉失养型3型,分别治以疏风宣肺、散结利咽,行气化痰、疏肝理脾,养阴清肺、润燥濡喉,采用六味汤、半夏厚朴汤和养阴清肺汤加减治疗,临床疗效显著。附典型病案以验证。
SHENG Lixian＇s experience in treating pediatric laryngeal cough was introduced. According to the etiology and pathogenesis,she classifies pediatric laryngeal cough into 3 syndromes： lung dysfunction of the qi due to long term wind evil,inharmonious liver and spleen because of mutual stagnation of phlegm and qi,nutrition deficiency throat owing to yin deficiency of the lung and kidney,which were treated respectively with wind bridging to activate the lung and dispersing the nodules to bridge the throat; propelling the qi to clear away the phlegm and bridging the liver and spleen,nourishing yin to clear away the lung heat and moisten the throat. The prescriptions are modified Liuwei Decoction,Banxia Houpo Decoction,Yangyin Qingfei Decoction with good clinic effect. Typical cases were included for reference.
