摘要
盛丽先教授临床善用五积散治疗小儿再发性腹痛因寒积而发者,辨证强调以舌淡胖、苔白腻、脉沉细为要点,临证配伍喜用生麻黄、重用炒白芍。通过对盛丽先教授运用五积散治疗小儿再发性腹痛的经验介绍,为临床治疗本病提供有效的方法,并附验案1则以验证。
Recurrent abdominal pain（ RAP） is common in pediatrics. In clinical practice,professor SHENG Lixian is expert in using Wuji Powder to treat infantile RAP due to cold stagnation. She emphasizes ＂pale puffy tongue with white greasy coating and deep thin pulse＂as the key points in syndrome differentiation. She tends to use Mahuang（ Ephedrae Herba） and especially uses fried Baishao（ Paeoniae Radix Alba） a lot. Professor SHENG Lixian＇s experience in treating infantile recurrent abdominal pain provides an effective therapy for treating the disease clinically. A cured case is enclosed as evidence.
