摘要
[目的]总结五积散的方剂配伍规律及临床运用经验。[方法]对于古今有关本方的文献进行整理研究,并结合个人体会,对本方的功效、主治、证候分析、方解及临床应用作出总结。[结果]五积散以苍朮为君药,功能温中解表,除湿袪痰,消痞调经,善治表、里、气、血、经络的寒湿之邪。历代医家善运用本方于内、外、妇和骨伤诸科病症之中。[结论]五积散的功效并不单一,它开创了散解表里气血寒湿的先例,在方剂学上有着重要地位。
[Objective] To summarize the compatibility of formula of WuJiSan and its experiences of chnical administration. [Method] To collect and analyze the literature concerned from past to now, combined with personal understanding, in order to summarize the efficacy, functions, pathogenesis, formula analysis and chnical experiences of wuJiSan.[R esult] WuJiSan uses Atractylodeslancea as monarch drug, it can warm the mid-part, relieve the exterior, dehurmficate, eliminate expectoration, abate distension and regulate menstruation. It is good at ehminating the evil of cold and dampness at exterior, interior, Qi and blood. Doctors of successive age are good at manipulating this formula in internal, surgery, gynecological, orthopeadic diseases. [Conclusion]The function of WuJiSan is not singular, it initiates the function of eliminating the cold and damp evil at Qi, blood, exterior and interior part of body, hence it has its indispensable role in pharmacology of traditional Chinese medical formulae.
