摘要
在我国医疗卫生服务保障体系不断完善的情况下,国家对新型护理人才培养给予了高度重视,以满足全新护理模式构建对人才的需求,从而提高我国医疗卫生服务水平和服务质量。根据高职高专急救护理学课程教学的实际情况来看,注重教学模式的改革和创新,是提高教学质量、教学效率的重要途径,对于促进学生综合技能不断提高有着重要影响。本文就高职高专急救护理学教学模式改革的作用进行阐述,对高职高专急救护理学的课程定位和课程目标进行分析,提出高职高专急救护理学的具体改革,以促进学生实践技能、操作技能、专业技能等不断提高。
in our country,the health care system has been improved,the state of the new type of nursing personnel training to give a high degree of attention,in order to meet the needs of the new nursing mode to build the talent,so as to improve the level and quality of medical care in china. According to the practical situation of emergency nursing teaching in higher vocational colleges,the reform and innovation of teaching mode is an important way to improve the teaching quality and efficiency.This paper describes the role of the reform of the teaching mode of the emergency nursing in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the curriculum orientation and curriculum objectives,and puts forward the specific reform of emergency nursing in vocational colleges,so as to promote students＇practical skills,operational skills,professional skills and so on.
