摘要 LLC串联谐振变换器在开关电源中广泛运用,但设计中反复实验的方式确定变换器参数不可取.利用FHA分析建立数学模型得到归一化公式,再通过Mathcad图形拟合各个参数保证设计的合理性.整体上由变换器建模获得直流增益曲线,从而对变换器各个参数进行优化设计.通过设计160W LED驱动电源验证该方法的可行性并满足EMI测试要求,针对变换器匝比、谐振电感、谐振电容和励磁电感给出具体设计步骤. LI.C series resonant converter is widely used in the power of switch supply,but the design with trial and error experiments to determine the parameters is undesirable. The Analysis of FHA is used to obtain a normalization formula for the mathematical model. Pattern matching these parameters is em- ployed to ensure the rational design by Mathcad graphics.As a whole,the DC gain curve is obtained by an inverter model, with the model parameters optimized. To verify the feasibility of the method and meet EMI test requirements,the 160 W LED driver power supply was designed and a specific design steps was presented for transformer turns ratio, the resonant inductor, resonant capacitor and magnetizing induct- ance.
