基于谐振推挽电路的X射线管灯丝电源设计 被引量:3

摘要 根据X射线管的结构和工作原理,提出高压供电采用正负电源供电的X射线管的灯丝电源主电路宜采用谐振形式。分析推挽谐振式电路的工作原理与控制方式,采用脉宽调制集成电路SG3526的频率调制方式实现对灯丝电流的控制,并给出控制电路原理图。实验波形验证了原理的正确性和方案的可行性。 According to the structure and working principle of the X-ray tube,in the case of high-voltage power supply,this paper proposes that the resonant form is suitable for filament power supply main circuit of the X-ray tube.It analyzes the working and controlling method of the push-pull resonant circuit.It realizes filament current control using pulse width modulation with integrated chip SG3526 in frequency modulation method.Then it gives a schematic diagram of the control circuit.The experimental results verify the correctness and feasibility of the design.
