一种X射线管测试用控制器研制

摘要 在X射线管的生产过程中,对新生产完成的产品老化测试是必不可少的。为保证产品质量,满足安检领域X射线管的生产测试需要,制作完成了一套180kV/2.5mA的X射线管老化测试平台用控制器,该控制器高压和灯丝供电均采用半桥为高频逆变拓扑,以脉宽调制芯片UC2526ADW和数字控制器TMS320F2808PZA为控制核心。通过对该控制器的实际生产老化测试,结果满足应用要求。 In the production process of X-ray tubes,it is essential to test the aging of newly produced products.In order to ensure the quality of the products and meet the production test requirements of the X-ray tube in the security inspection field,a set of 180kV/2.5mA X-ray tube aging test platform controllers have been produced.The high voltage and filament power supply of the controller are both high-frequency and half-bridge.Inverter topology,with pulse width modulation chip UC2526ADW and digital controller TMS320F2808PZA as the control core.Through the actual production aging test of the controller,the results meet the application requirements.
