摘要
在工学结合背景下,传统的以学校为单一主体的高职实践教学管理模式已无法适应现代社会技术技能人才培养的需求,如何调动企业参与人才培养的积极性,建立多元参与的实践教学管理体系,特别是企业参与的体制机制,是实现校企双方“互惠互利、深度融合、共育人才”的关键。本文以江门职业技术学院与江门TJ集团公司共建校外实践教学基地的改革实践为例,探析高职“多元参与”实践教学管理体系中校企协同模式的新思路、新方法。
The traditional practice teaching management mode in higher vocational colleges, which solely depends upon schools, can no longer satisfy the demand for skilled talent in modem society in face of school-enterprise combination. How to motivate enterprises to participate in talent development and build a practice teaching management system with multiple players, especially enterprises, remains the key to mutual benefit, deep incorporation and joint talent development between schools and enterprises. The article, based upon the reform in the off-campus practice teaching base jointly built by Jiangmen Polytechnic and Jiangmen TJ Group, explores new ways for school-enterprise coordination in practice teaching management with multiple players in higher vocational colleges.
