摘要
校企合作是职业教育发展的必然选择。在我国经济体制转型期,校企合作存在着政策制度、运行机制不到位等问题,分析校企合作的现实基础、问题与困境,寻找适合我国国情的校企合作模式与运行机制,是当前职业教育关注的重要课题之一。
The development of market economy,developed countries' experiences on the cooperation of school with enterprise. the exploration and practice on 'part working (farming)-part schooling' system at the beginning of People's Republic of China,provide realistic basis for deploying cooperation of school with enterprise under market economy system in China. Nowadays,the bottleneck restrict the deepening of cooperation of school with enterprise consist in the aspects of national policy,operation mechanism and management system. In order to construct effective and harmonious cooperation mechanism of school with enterprise,the status and role of every participant object should be clarified,various cooperation models and operation mechanism should be actively explored,and the relationship between participants should be harmonized.
