摘要
目的：建立HPLC法测定北豆根药材及其制剂中蝙蝠葛碱、蝙蝠葛苏林碱的含量。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱条件为Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;以乙腈-0.05%三乙胺的水溶液（45∶55）为流动相;流速1.0 m L·min-1;检测波长为284 nm。结果：蝙蝠葛碱和蝙蝠葛苏林碱的线性范围分别为0.78-3.88μg（r=0.999 6）、0.62-3.09μg（r=0.999 5）;平均加样回收率（n=5）分别为98.4%,98.9%。结论：该法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于北豆根药材及其制剂的质量控制。
Objective： To determine the contents of dauricine and daurisoline in Rhizoma Menispermi and its preparations by HPLC.Methods： The reversed phase HPLC system consisting of an Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column（ 250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm） and a mixture of acetonitrile-0.05% triethylamine as the mobile phase was adopted.The flow rate was 1.0 m L / min.The absorbance was monitored at 284 nm.Results： The linear response ranges of dauricine and daurisoline were 0.78 - 3.88 μg（ r = 0.999 6） and 0.62 - 3.09 μg（ r = 0.999 5）,respectively.The average recoveries were98.4% and 98.9%.Conclusion： The method was convenient with accuracy and sensitivity and can be used to control the quality of Rhizoma Menispermi and its preparations.
