摘要
采用高效液相色谱法对北豆根总碱粉针剂中蝙蝠葛碱的含量进行测定。色谱柱为ODS-C18柱；流动相为磷酸三乙胺缓冲液-乙腈（76：24），流速为1ml／min，检测波长为281nm。经测定标准曲线的线性范围0．288～1．728μg，平均回收率98．672％，RSD％=2．241％。结果表明，本方法简便，准确，快速，灵敏度高，重现性好。
To establish the determination method of Dauricine in Rhizoma Menispermi powder injection by HLPC by using ODS-C_(18) colum(Hypersil ODS2,4.6mm×150mm,5μm).The consisted of phosphate and triethylamine-acetonierile(76:24) was used as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0ml/min and the wavelength of detector was 281nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.288～1.728μg.The average recovery is 98.672% and RSD=2.241%.It is seemed that the method is simple,accurate,rapid and with good reproducibility.
