摘要
微信(We Chat)软件的广泛应用给学生管理工作带来了便利与影响,结合高职辅导员工作实际,提出了微信谈话、微信班会、微信家长会、微信工作橱窗等四种工作模式,分析了微信朋友圈分类管理功能不全、学生使用微信行为不可控、辅导员微信工作行为需自律、辅导员微信工作评价机制缺失等四个问题,并尝试着提出了解决方案。
The widely used WeChat software has brought convenience and influence to students management work. Combined with the actual work of higher vocational college counselors, this paper proposes four kinds of working modes ： ＂ We Chat ＂ talk （with students personally）,＂ We Chat ＂ class meeting,＂ We Chat ＂ parents meeting and ＂ We Chat ＂ show window, in order to analyze and resolve four questions - -WeChat software＇s functional problems, uncontrollability of students＇sbehavior, uncontrollability of counselors＇sbehavior and the incomplete assessment mechanism.
