摘要
本文通过对32名中小型企业创始人的深度访谈,运用质性研究中扎根理论的方法,发展性地总结提炼出变革型领导中的价值追求、领袖魅力、团队激励和个性与品格的四因素结构,并进一步探讨不同时代背景下创始人具备不同领导风格的原因和激发企业个体活力的时代必然趋势,理论上拓展了变革型领导随时代发展的因素结构,为企业人力资本管理提出借鉴建议。
In this article, the author interviewed 32 founders of small and intermediate sized enterprises in depth. Through the application of quantitative grounded theory analysis, the author creatively sunmmed up the sWaetural factors of transformational leadership as value pursuit, leader charisma, team stimulation, and personal character, and further discussed the causes that why these founders with different backgrounds have such different leadership qualities and the inevitable trend that these special qualities can activate the individual vigor in their enterprises, and expanded theoretically the causal structures that transformational leadership factors developed with the pace of time, which provides valuable suggestions for any enterprise in Human Capital Management.
