摘要
企业的发展,离不开各个岗位的出色人才,而招聘正是企业获取人才的渠道之一。目前,较为常用的招聘方法有心理测验法、面试法、评价中心法等,但测试结果主观性偏大,因此本文引入了一个科学客观的测评方法——脑象图测评技术。本文主要介绍了脑象图测评技术的科学原理、主要应用、操作要点以及将脑象图测评技术应用于企业人才招聘中的研究报告,分析了其在人才招聘中的优势和价值,以期给实践者以启示。
The development of enterprises needs all kinds of talents, while recruitment is one of the channels to acquire talents. At present, some common recruitment methods have larger subjectivity, such as methods of psychometric testing, methods of interview, methods of assessment center and so on, and so this paper introduces a scientific and objective assessment method called Electro encephalon quadrant graph(EEQG)technology. This paper mainly introduces the scientific principle, main application, operating key points and research reports of EEQG technology in the study of recruitment, and analyses its advantages and value in the enterprise recruitment in order to give some advice to practitioners.
