摘要 以水性聚氨酯为成膜物质,以碳纳米管为功能填料,制备了具有红外辐射增强散热功能的碳纳米管复合涂料。比较了具有不同结构参数的碳纳米管对涂料散热性能的影响。结果表明:碳纳米管能有效增强涂料的辐射散热性,且碳纳米管的晶格结构越完美,缺陷越少,涂料的红外辐射散热性能越优良。 A carbon nanotube(CNT)composite coatings were prepared by mixing water based polyurethane(PU)as film forming material and CNTs as functional filler. The composite coatings had excellent heat dissipating properties via enhanced infrared radiation. The influences of CNTs with different structural parameters on the heat dissipating properties of coatings were compared. The results revealed that CNTs could largely enhance the infrared radiation property of composite coatings,and better crystal structure and less defects of the CNTs could induce higher heat dissipating performance of the composite coatings.
