摘要
以Fe2O3为基,加MnO2、Co2O3、CuO在1260℃烧结后磨细,制成高发射率粉末。加入研制的粘结剂,解决了涂料与金属基体的粘结问题。采用上有涂料的电阻带及复合炉衬,电阻炉可节能40%。在炉窑上单用涂料,亦有显著节能效果。
