摘要
以环氧树脂为涂料基体,以碳纳米管、氮化硼和二氧化钛等无机材料为功能填料,制备了一种可用于电器设备的高性能散热涂料。通过自行设计的恒功率铝罐散热装置对涂料的散热性能进行了测试,测试结果表明散热涂料具有良好的散热性能。利用ANSYS进行仿真,计算空白铝罐与涂料铝罐表面与内部温度分布,对涂料散热性能进行验证,试验与仿真结果均表明该涂料具有良好的散热性能。最后,将散热涂料涂覆于管母,在工作电流为5000A和5500A的条件下进行了应用测试,实验证实研发的散热涂料可有效降低电器设备的温升,为设备的安全运行提供保障。
A high performance heat radiation coating for electrical equipment was prepared with resin as bonding matrix,carbon nanotubes,boron nitride and titanium dioxide as inorganic fillers.The heat radiation performance of the coating was tested by the heat radiation system of constant power aluminium tank,which proved that the heat radiation coating had good heat radiation performance.Using ANSYS to simulate and calculate the temperature distribution on the surface and inside of blank and coated aluminium cans,and verify the heat radiation performance of coatings.The experimental and simulation results show that the coatings have good heat radiation performance on the surface.Finally,the heat radiation coating was applied to electrical equipment.When the working current was 5000A and 5500A,the coating can effectively reduce the temperature rise and provide guarantee for safe operation of equipment.
