摘要
学校探索校本评价是教育综合改革的重要任务。本文以高考综合改革形势为背景,从实施维度、主体维度和目标等方面提出校本评价实践困境,分析校本评价的理论内涵。提出校本形成性反馈评价体系建设策略,从评价主体多元关联、评价维度指标形成性过程、评价过程的效果性反馈以及技术性增效拓展等四个方面进行策略研究。最后,就校本形成性反馈评价实施提出建议。
It is an important task for the comprehensive reform of education to explore the schoolbased evaluation. In this paper, the author takes the comprehensive reform of college entrance examination as the background, puts forward the dilemma of school-based evaluation from the implementation of the dimension, the main dimension and the goal, and analyzes the connotation of the theory of school-based evaluation. The construction strategy of the school-based formative feedback evaluation system is put forward and is studied from four aspects, such as multiple correlation of evaluation subject ,forming process of evaluation dimension index, effect feedback and technical efficiency development of evaluation process. Finally, the author puts forward suggestions on the implementation of the school-based formative feedback evaluation.
