摘要 目的:了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的规律及特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用Pareto最优分析,对2009–2014年上报的2395例ADR报告进行整理,对患者年龄、药物品种、抗菌药物品种、给药途径以及ADR临床表现进行分析和归纳。结果:2395例ADR中,51~60岁这个年龄段较易发生ADR(33.70%),在所有药物中抗菌药物发生ADR的比例最大(26.01%),其中头孢菌素发生例数最多(134例,21.51%),发生ADR的主要给药途径为静脉滴注(66.72%),ADR主要表现为皮肤及其附件损害(27.52%)。结论:依据ADR出现的特征与规律,合理掌握用药方式,并强化监护环节,运用有效的措施加以监测和管理,以降低ADR的发生。 Objective: To investigate the rules and the characteristics about adverse drug reactions happened in our hospital,and provide references for rational drug use in clinics. Methods: The Pareto optimal analysis was adopted to analyze the 2395 casesof ADR reports from 2009 to 2014, including patients' age, drug varieties, antibacterial varieties, routes of administration and clinicalmanifestations. Results: Among the 2395 ADRs, the patients' age at 51 – 60 were at risk of ADRs (33.70%). Antibacterial drugs weremostly involved in 2395 ADR reports (26.01%), in which, cephalosporins accounted for the highest (134 cases, 21.51%). The mainroute of administration causing ADR was intravenous drip (66.72%). The main clinical manifestations were the skin and its appendagesdamage (27.52%). Conclusion: In order to reduce the incidence of ADR, the rational ways of administration should be mastered, theguardianship should be strengthened and effective measures should be taken to monitor and manage ADRs.
