摘要
基于VTK构建了SRM序列断面图像三维重建系统。对断面图像三维数据场进行建模并对各种成像算法进行原理性分析,运用模块化思想设计了断面图像重建子系统和三维可视化子系统,对体数据获取、三维体绘制及面绘制的实现过程进行了分析,在获取180幅SRM仿真胶片图像数据的基础上对系统的有效性进行了试验验证。结果表明,利用光线投射算法成像效果较好,图像上的缺陷大小、形状和位置清晰可见,利用等值面体绘制算法成像结果立体直观,但细节展示效果差,利用MC算法成像能够显示缺陷的立体结构,但等值面之外的信息则无法展示。
A SRM cross-section image 3D reconstruction system is developed by the visualization toolkit. 3D data field model of cross-section image is established and the principle of different imaging algorithms is analyzed, both of the cross-section image reconstruction subsystem and the 3D visualization subsystem are designed across the modular- ization idea, then the realization process of volume data is obtained, volume and surface rendering is analyzed. Final- ly, effectiveness of this system is validated based on the data of 180 SRM simulation films. Results show that the ima- ging is reconstructed by using light projection algorithm is the best, and the size, shape and location of defects are clearly visible ; the imaging by using contour volume rendering algorithm is intuitionistic, but cannot show the details well ; the imaging by MC algorithm can show the structure of the defects, but can not show the information when out of the contour surface.
