Visualization of the digital flexor tendon after three-dimensional reconstruction

摘要 实验主要于2003-06/2005-08在解放军第三军医大学中心实验室、解剖教研室及解放军第二五一医院骨科完成。将2只新鲜成人手标本(由解放军第三军医大学解剖教研室提供)用50g/L浅蓝色明胶溶液包埋,采用冰冻薄层断面切片技术通过数控铣床将标本手铣切为0.2mm的薄层断面,用Canon(ESO1OD)数码相机(630万像素)自然光下采集数据并传输到电脑中保存,采集到的图像数据经对位、裁切及格式转换等一系列处理,最后按3∶1的比例抽取共计353个层面的二维图像数据,组成一个新的数据集。利用第三军医大学解剖教研室提供的三维重建软件(未商品化)在PC机上对手指屈肌腱进行三维重建。从重建的图像可以看出手指屈肌腱包括4条指浅屈肌腱、4条指深屈肌腱和1条拇长屈肌腱,各指屈肌腱共同穿出狭窄的腕管进入掌部,沿各手指的方向呈扇形散开。重建的手部骨骼包括指骨、掌骨和腕骨以及各骨之间形成的关节,可以单独显示或与重建的指浅屈肌腱及指深屈肌腱任意搭配显示,重建的图像比较清晰的显示了手部诸骨及指屈肌腱的空间形态和毗邻关系。 The experiment was mainly completed in Central Laboratory and Department of Anatomy of Third Military Medical University of Chinese PLA and Department of Orthopaedics of the 251 Hospital of Chinese PLA from June 2003 to August 2005. Two fresh adult hands (offered by the Department of Anatomy of Third Military Medical University of Chinese PLA) were embed in superficial blue gelatin solutions of 50 g/L,serial thin cross-sections of 0.2 mm were made by cyomicrotomy by digital mill. Image data that were collected by Canon (ESO 10D) digital camera (6 300 000 pixel) in physio-ray were transmited and preserved in computer. The collected image data were processed by paratope, cutting and format change-over. Two-dimensional image data in 353 layers were drawn by 3:1 ratio that made up a new data set. The digital flexor tendons were reconstructed by the three-dimensional reconstruction software (no commodity) provided by the Department of Anatomy of Third Military Medical University of Chinese PLA. It was seen that the digital flexor tendons comprised 4 superficial flexor tendons, 4 deep flexor tendons and 1 flexor pollieis longus tendon, and all digital flexor tendons entered into metacarpus by carpal canal, and dispersed by the fingers. The reconstructed hand bones comprised digital bones, metacarpal bones, carpal bones and all bone joints, and all bones could be shown either solely or in groups with reconstructed superficial flexor tendons and deep flexor tendons. The shapes and adjacent relations of the hand bones and the digital flexor tendons were displayed clearly from reconstructed images.
