摘要
利用激光技术扫描建筑工程外体,是一项评估质量的新方法,但是存在可靠性不强的问题。提出一种基于激光扫描数据的建筑工程质量评估模型,采用三维激光扫描技术进行建筑三维信息数据扫描,对建筑三维激光扫描数据进行非线性指数图谱序列重排,结合建筑工程质量评估指标,通过酉矩阵分解方法进行激光扫描数据的相空间聚类处理,搜索层次聚类中心,计算三维激光扫描数据中能关联建筑工程质量的知识图谱,实现建筑工程质量的量化评估。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行建筑工程质量评估,对建筑物裂缝检测的精度较高,对建筑应力以及抗拉强度等参量的估计准确性较好,具有较高量化质量评估可靠性。
Using laser technology to scan the exterior of building engineering is a new method for evaluating quality,but there is a problem of weak reliability.In this paper,a model of construction project quality evaluation is put forward based on laser scanning data.Using 3 d laser scanning technology to obtain 3 d scanning information data of building,the construction of 3 d laser scanning data are nonlinear rearrangement index map sequences.Combined with the construction project quality evaluation indexes,through the unitary matrix decomposition method for laser scanning data of phase space clustering processing,searching hierarchy clustering center,3 d laser scanning data that can be associated knowledge map of building quality to realize the quantitative assessment of the quality of construction engineering.The simulation results show that the method of building crack detection accuracy is higher,and the structure stress and tensile strength parameter estimation accuracy is better with higher reliability of quantitative evaluation.
