爆炸载荷作用下大型原油储罐动力响应分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA实现了碎片撞击储罐的有限元模拟,建立了储罐响应的动力学模型,分析了储罐响应的主要因素.在模拟中,依次改变碎片质量、撞击速度、撞击接触面积、撞击入射角度,讨论各因素对储罐动力响应的影响.结果表明,碎片质量、撞击速度、撞击入射角度与储罐稳定性正相关,而撞击接触面积与之负相关.本研究创新性的提出通过改变储罐壁材料或厚度的方法,来减少碎片撞击储罐的动力响应.对爆炸载荷作用下的大型原油储罐失效预防具重大的意义. Finite element method is performed to simulate explosion fragments hitting storage tank by ANSYS /LS-DYNA. The dynamic model is built,and the main factors of tank response are analyzed. In simulation,some factors are changed to analyzed the response to the tank,including the explosion fragments of the mass,velocity,contact area and angle in the impact. Except that the contact area is a negative correlation with the stability of the storage tank,other factors are positive correlation. It is firstly indicated that the fragments impact response of the storage tank is decreased by the change in material and / or thickness of the tank wall,suggesting that it is significant to prevent the failure of the oil storage tank under explosion.
