摘要
化工园区是由多个企业构成,企业间具有相互影响的性质,所以化工园区安全性评价要考虑企业间的相互影响,对整体安全性进行分析。利用最小二乘法确定危险物质重心点,并对事故易发性、二次事故发生可能性大小和事故后果严重度进行计算来确定企业间相关性大小。最后提出并计算企业的安全影响系数,对各企业影响系数大小进行比较,对相邻企业的安全相关性进行分析,得出企业间安全影响大小,为化工园区安全评价和园区安全规划提供依据。
Chemical industry park consists of multiple enterprises, each of the enterprises may have influence on the others, so safety evaluation should consider the overall safety of all enterprises and the influence between them. In this article the crucial point of hazardous substances was determined by using least squares method , and the ac- cident liability, the secondary accidents possibility and the consequence severity were caculated to determine enter- prise correlation in the park. Finally, the enterprise safety influence coefficient was put forward and calculated, and the enterprise safety influence was concluded by comparing the enterprise influence coefficient. It provides a basis for chemical industry park assessment and its safety planning.
