临床分离河流弧菌毒力及药敏表型特征分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的了解临床分离的河流弧菌的毒力及耐药特征。方法收集2015年北京友谊医院4~10月肠道门诊分离到的河流弧菌及河流弧菌感染相关资料。微量肉汤稀释法检测河流弧菌对15种抗生素的耐药性;PCR检测河流弧菌的毒力基因vfh、hupO、vfp与及种属特异基因toxR。结果河流弧菌在细菌性腹泻中所占比率为5.3%(9/169)。河流弧菌除了对氨苄西林的耐药率为11.1%(1/9)外,其他15种抗生素均100%敏感。菌株携带率toxR及vfh为100%;而hopO的携带率为77.8%(7/9);vfp的携带率为44.4%(4/9)。结论研究中的河流弧菌对多种抗生素敏感,未发现多耐药株;导致腹泻的河流弧菌主要携带vfh和hopO。加强北京地区河流弧菌的耐药和毒力监测,有利于防控河流弧菌的感染和暴发流行。 Objective To explore the distribution of virulence factors and the drug resistance of Vibrio fluvialis( V. fluvialis) isolates.Methods V. fluvialis isolates and the related patient records were collected from our intestinal clinic in 2015. The antibiotic susceptibility test was performed using broth microdilution method,and virulence genes vfh,hup O,vfp and species- specific gene toxR were detected by polymerase chain reaction( PCR). Results V. fluvialis was isolated from 5. 3%( 9 /169) of bacterial diarrhea. The susceptibility test to 16 antibiotics showed that the resistance rate of the V. fluvialis isolates to ampicillin was 11. 1%( 1 /9),and the susceptibility to other 15 antibiotics were100%. vfh,toxR,hop O and vfp were detected in 100%,100%,77. 8% and 44. 4% isolates,respectively. Conclusion V. fluvialis was sensitive to most antibiotics,and no multi- drug resistant isolates was found in our study. The diarrhea- related V. fluvialis isolates had vfh and hop O genes. The monitoring of the virulence and drug resistance of V. fluvialis is necessary for the control of V. fluvialis infection.
