摘要
随着20世纪90年代末我国高等教育的扩招,社会工作专业教育也进入快速发展时期,但时至今日在本科培养过程中仍存在培养理念跟不上、学生认同度低、课程教学方法单一等问题。中央财经大学社会工作专业开设较晚、尚处于起步发展阶段,因而专业教育中的问题、探索和发展在相当程度上具有可供教育界同行进行对话探讨的价值。通过对案例的分析可以得出,本土化模式还需从创新社会工作教育理念、培养应用能力与研究能力兼具的专业人才、推进社会工作教育模式的规范化、建设科学合理的课程体系等路径加以实现。
The professional education of social work entered a fast-developing period as the booming enrollment in Chinese universities in the 1990 s. However, even to nowadays, problems still exist. For example, the idea of cultivation is behind times, low degree of recognition by students and single teaching method, etc. The social work major in Central University of Finance and Economics is set up late, and is still in the initial stage of development. Therefore, it is worth to study. According to the case study, the implementation of pattern for indigenization should rely on innovation of educational idea of social work. Professionals possess application ability and research ability, standardization of educational pattern for social work, reasonable and scientifi c curriculum system.
