摘要
当前中国社会工作教育出现了一种繁荣表象下的危机,此种危机表面上源于社会工作发展的困局,根源上则在于片面强调与传统社会工作相区别的专业性及体制外服务的社会性等认识误区。以社会问题为导向,回归社会工作的本质,有助于消解上述认识偏差。社会问题导向强调以社会问题的表现来确定社会工作的服务领域和内容,以解决社会问题的有效性来选择社会工作服务的方法与技巧。社会问题导向有助于跳出社会工作的西方模式,因为此种导向下专业社会工作与传统社会工作、体制外与体制内服务场域有机融合,可以避免社会工作缺乏组织依托、经费来源和群众基础的不足而植根于中国文化土壤。以社会问题为导向,社会工作教育才可以通过加强面向社会问题解决的社会工作研究,并以研究成果改造现有教学内容与教学环节、注重对解决具体社会问题领域的专门能力培养和强化与实践部门的紧密联系,从而真正实现本土化。
The current Chinese social work education presents a crisis under the appearance of prosperity. This kind of crisis is rooted in the dilemma of social work development. Its root lies in the misunderstanding of the special emphasis on the difference between the professional and the traditional social work. With social problems as the orientation,the essence of social work will help to eliminate the above understanding bias. The social problem orientation emphasizes the service field and content of social work to determine the social work,so as to solve the social problem and choose the method and technique of social work service. Social problems guide helps to jump out of the western model of social work,because this kind of professional social work under the instruction and the traditional system of social work,organic combination and system services outside the field,and can avoid relying on the lack of social work organization,sources of funds and the lack of mass base and rooted in the soil of Chinese culture. Guided by social problems,social work education to face the society by strengthening social work research of problem solving,and taking the existing teaching content and teaching research,pay attention to the concrete social problems in the field of special ability training and strengthening and practice departments closely linked,so as to realize localization.
