摘要
使用SEM和EDS对S355J2G3锻件低倍疏松缺陷进行分析,发现发生疏松缺陷的部位有大量的硫化物夹杂(Mn S),通过VD真空后向钢水中补喂Ca-Si线对硫化物进行变性处理从而改善锻件的疏松缺陷。
By adopting SEM and EDS,the macro shrinkage defect of S355J2G3 forgings has been analyzed. It found out that the position of shrinkage defect appeared a large number of sulfide inclusion( Mn S). By supplementary feeding Ca-Si wire into the molten steel after VD vacuum process,the modifying treatment of sulfide has been performed so as to improve the shrinkage defect of forgings.
