摘要
采用酸侵、硫印、扫描电镜、电子探针显微分析等方法研究了20Mn5N钢锭内部产生密集型缺陷的原因。结果表明,锻件在主变形方向存在大量的点状偏析,并在压下变形时形成带状组织。带状组织部位侵蚀后发现有细微孔洞,经电镜观察为酸洗后夹杂物脱落所致。钢锭内部的"夹杂物-孔洞"及微区应力集中产生的内部裂纹是导致钢锭锻后出现探伤不合格的主要原因。
The reasons for intensive detecting defects generated inside 20Mn5N ingot were researched by acid harassment, sulfur printing, scanning electron microscope and electron probe microanalysis. The results show that there are a mass of spot segregation in forging deformation direction, and it become bands organization when pressed deformation. There are subtle holes in banded structure parts after pickling erosion which is caused by inclusions falling off by electron microscope test. The main reasons for nonconformity of forging ingot in ultrasonic flaw detection are 'inclusion - cavity' and internal crack caused by stress concentration in micro area.
