皮肤棘层松解性鳞状细胞癌2例 被引量：3

摘要 1临床资料例1.女,84岁。右耳垂暗红色肿物1年伴破溃出血半年。患者于2012年12月右耳垂出现绿豆大淡红色丘疹,质硬边界清,因明显瘙痒就诊于村卫生院,给予外用药莫匹罗星软膏（百多邦）,未见明显好转,此后患者持续搔抓,皮损逐步发展成暗红色红枣大肿物,半年前中央开始破溃结痂,痂皮脱落流血流脓,不久形成新的痂皮。为求明确诊治遂来我院就诊。
