乳腺癌预后分子生物学标志物的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤,虽然近年来乳腺癌发病率和病死率均有显著下降,但其仍是全世界第二高发的癌症,且为女性最常见的恶性肿瘤。在女性患者,乳腺癌是除肺癌之外最大的杀手。现在的乳腺癌治疗逐步发展为以手术治疗为主的综合治疗,包括内分泌治疗、化疗及预防治疗。
