摘要
通过对青海地区的1 730名学前教育、小学和中学教师调查,从培训内容、培训评价、培训形式、培训学科结构分析了青海地区教师培训的现状,建议安排培训内容时,紧密联系当前课堂教学实际;建立完善的过程性评价体系;创新培训模式,开展"送培下乡"和"跟岗研修"式的培训;增加政治、历史、地理、生物、音乐、美术、体育等学科的教师培训;逐步加大对民族教师的培训。
Through investigation of 1 730 preschool education, primary and secondary school teach-ers in Qinghai, the paper analyzed the present situation of teacher training in Qinghai from the perspec-tives of training content, training evaluation, training forms and discipline training structures. It is sug-gested that the training content should closely relate to the current classroom teaching practice and es- "" " rtablish a sound evaluation system. The training should make innovation models, such as teacne train-ing presented directly to the countryside" and "post training together with excellent teachers" Increaseteacher training political, histou, geography, biology, music, art, sports and other disciplines and alsogradually increase the training of national minority teachers and preschool teachers.
