摘要
目的:观察桂枝芍药知母汤加味治疗类风湿性关节炎活动期临床疗效。方法:将本院类风湿性关节炎活动期患者78例,随机分为治疗组40例和对照组38例,两组均给予西药常规治疗,治疗组加桂枝芍药知母汤加味治疗,2个月后比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为92.5%,对照组有效率为81.58%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后理化检查差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝芍药知母汤加味治疗类风湿性关节炎活动期疗效优于西药常规治疗,在理化检查改善方面也优于西药常规治疗。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction on rheumatoid arthritis（ RA） at the active stage. Methods： 78 patients with RA in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups were given conventional therapy while treatment group were added with supplemented Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction for the treatment. After 2 months of treatment,the therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared. Results： The effective rate was 92. 5% in treatment group and 81. 58% in control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. The difference between the two groups in physical and chemical examination also had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Supplemented Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction has better therapeutic effects than conventional therapy of western medicine in treating RA at the active stage as well in the improvement of physical and chemical examination.
