摘要
目的:探究类风湿性关节炎活动期患者经桂枝芍药知母汤加味方剂+常规西药治疗的效果。方法:选取在医院接受治疗的120例活动期类风湿性关节炎病人,按照数字表法将其分成对照组、试验组两组,分别采用常规西药、桂枝芍药知母汤加味方剂+常规西药治疗,分析两组患者治疗效果及实验室指标改善情况。结果:试验组治疗后患者的血沉、CRP及类风湿因子水平均明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05);试验组治疗后患者的Ig G、Ig A、Ig M水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗后患者的关节肿胀评分、疼痛指数及活动障碍指数评分与对照组患者的相比显著较低(P<0.05)。结论:类风湿性关节炎活动期患者经桂枝芍药知母汤加味方剂+常规西药治疗后,改善实验室指标,促进免疫球蛋白水平恢复,缓解关节功能,减轻疼痛,临床作用显著。
Objective： To explore the effect of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction and conventional western medicine treating patients with rheumatoid arthritis. ,Methods ： In our hospital, 120 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients, in accordance with the number table method were divided into 2 group, respectively with conventional western medicine, Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction and conventional western medicine. Analyze the improvement of the effects of two groups and laboratory indexes. Results： The experimental group＇s CRP, ESR and rheumatoid factor levels were significantly better than those of the control group after treatment（P 〈 0.05）. The experimental group＇s IgG, IgA and IgM were significantly lower than those of the control group after treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The experimental group＇s joint swelling index score, pain index and activity disorder scoresafter treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction and conventional western medicine in the treatment of the patients with rheumatoid arthritis can improve laboratory index, promote the recovery of immunoglobulin levels, relieve joint function and pain.
