摘要
利用熵权赋值法的客观性,结合传统灰关联决策法,应用于药物评价中,提高决策结果的客观性,为药物评价提供更多选择方法。结合传统灰关联决策法,运用熵权赋值法代替常用的平均权重法分配权重,并且指定特定值作为参考依据,应用于药物评价问题中。解决了决策过程中权重分配问题,并于5种治疗类风湿性关节炎的药方:桂枝芍药知母汤、生地马钱丸联合来氟米特、甲氨蝶呤联合痹祺胶囊、散寒通络汤、美洛昔康片联合白芍总苷胶囊中选出具有"疗程短、见效快、不良反应少"的药方。该方法有效降低决策过程中主观性,为药方的优选提供理论依据,为药物评价提供新的方法,为临床合理用药提供理论支持。
Based on the traditional gray decision-making method,an improved method is proposed,which is applied to drug evaluation to improve the objectivity of decision-making results and provide more selection methods for drug evaluation.Based on the traditional gray relational decision method,the entropy weight assignment method is used to allocate the weight instead of the commonly used weight method,and the specific value is specified as the reference basis,which is applied to the drug evaluation problem for the first time.The weight distribution problem was solved in the decision-making process,and five kinds of prescriptions for rheumatoid arthritis were treated：Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction,Rax land the Nux pill with Leflunomide,Methotrexate combined with Biqi capsule,Scattered cold Tongluo Decoction,Meloxicam Tablets combined with Total Glucosides of Paeony capsules in the election with a＂short course of treatment,quick,less adverse reactions＂,the prescription.This method can effectively reduce the subjectivity in the decision-making process,provide the theoretical basis for the prescription of drug prescription,provide the new method for drug evaluation,provide theoretical support for clinical rational drug use.
