摘要
以呼和浩特市近郊大棚土壤为对象,采用常规理化分析、微生物纯培养方法分析了大棚土壤真菌种类、数量在12个月份、不同土层(0~5 cm、5~10 cm、10~15 cm、15~20 cm)的变化特征。结果表明:经纯化培养鉴定出8个属,镰孢属(Fusarium Link)、青霉属(Penicillium Lk.ex Fries)、腐霉属(Pythium pringsh)、曲霉(Aspergillus)、红曲霉属(Monascus purpureus Went.)、金孢霉属(Chrysosporium)、毛霉属(Mucor)、木霉属(Trichoderma spp.)。大棚真菌数量在12个月份、土层深度表现相应的变化。土壤真菌种类、数量在12个月份变化一致,即1~5月份真菌种类、数量均增加,6月达到峰值,7~12月份则依次下降。随土层深度的递增,土壤真菌种类变化呈现一定的减少趋势,其数量也逐渐降低。
Variation characteristics of fungal species and quantity of Hohhot suburban plastic greenhouse soil in the 12 months,the different soil layer( 0-5 cm、5-10cm、10-15cm、15-20cm) were studied by using conventional physical and chemical analysis and microbial pure culture method. Results indicated that an abundant diversity of AM fungi was found in greenhouse. 8 fungal genera were isolated from soil samples. Fusarium Link,Penicillium Lk. ex Fries,Pythium pringsh,Aspergillus,Chrysosporium,Mucor,Trichoderma spp. Fungi quantity revealed a corresponding change in the 12 months and the different soil layer. Soil fungi species,within 12 months,were in accordance with the change of quantity,That is,The fungi species and quantity in 1-5 month were increased,peak in June,7-12 month were declined. With increasing soil depth,Soil fungi species presented a certain extent of decreasing trend,and its quantity was also gradually to reduce.
