摘要
现行沥青路面再生技术规范乳化沥青冷再生混合料配合比设计过程中没有对早期强度提出具体要求,缺乏对早期强度的重视,导致养生7 d后混合料取芯困难或钻不出完整芯样。以含水率做为评价指标揭示了养生期乳化沥青冷再生混合料强度、模量及疲劳损伤特性。进行了不同含水率下乳化沥青冷再生混合料的劈裂强度、抗压回弹模量、间接拉伸疲劳特性及钻芯完整率研究,揭示了劈裂强度、抗压回弹模量和抗剪切强度随含水率的变化规律,建议乳化沥青冷再生混合料层开放交通条件以含水率为控制指标,推荐乳化沥青冷再生混合料加铺上层结构时含水率不宜大于1.5%。
The current asphalt pavement recycled technical specifications emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixes with no specific requirements on the early strength during the design process,the lack of emphasis on early strength,leading to drill core samples could not complete after 7 d curing. In this paper,the moisture content as evaluation and reveals the curing of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture strength,modulus and fatigue damage characteristics,and carried out under different moisture content of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture splitting strength,compressive resilient modulus,indirect tensile fatigue properties and core drilling complete rate study reveals the splitting strength,compressive modulus of resilience and resistance shear strength variation with moisture content,it is recommended emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture layer traffic conditions to a water content of open control targets,emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture overlay superstructure when the moisture content less than 1. 5%.
