水性环氧树脂乳化沥青制备及性能研究 被引量:9

摘要 为解决基质乳化沥青耐水性差、粘结性能差和早期强度低等问题,采用水性环氧树脂进行改性。通过水性环氧乳化剂制备水性环氧树脂,分析该体系的稳定性和粒径分布情况,采用落射式荧光显微镜和傅里叶红外光谱对水性环氧乳化沥青微观结构进行观测,并结合数字图像处理技术进行处理,分析水性环氧树脂在乳化沥青中的分布和官能团情况。采用拉拔实验评价水性环氧树脂与SBR复配乳化沥青对粘结性能的改性作用。结果表明,随着乳化剂掺量增加,乳液稳定性增加、粒径减小;通过数字处理技术得出像素面积比与水性环氧掺量存在线性正相关关系,相关系数为0.96。复掺3%SBR胶乳能够改善其粘结抗裂性能,水性环氧树脂推荐掺量15%。 Aiming at the shortcomings of poor water resistance of matrix emulsified asphalt,a waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt was prepared by modifying with waterborne epoxy resin.Prepare water-based epoxy resin by water-based epoxy emulsifier,and analyze the stability and particle size distribution of the system,use epi-fluorescence microscope and Fourier infrared spectrum to observe the microstructure of water-based epoxy emulsified asphalt,and combine Digital image processing technology is used to process and analyze the distribution and functional groups of water-based epoxy resin in emulsified asphalt.The pull-out test was used to evaluate the modification effect of waterborne epoxy resin and SBR compound emulsified asphalt on the bonding performance.The results show that with the increase of the emulsifier content,the stability of the emulsion increases and the particle size decreases;the digital processing technology shows that there is a linear positive correlation between the pixel area ratio and the waterborne epoxy content,and the correlation coefficient is 0.96.Adding 3%SBR latex can improve its adhesion and crack resistance,the recommended dosage of water-based epoxy resin is 15%.
