摘要
目的:建立一种快速检测红蓝草中总黄酮含量的方法。方法:采用微波辅助预处理样品,分光光度法检测红蓝草中的总黄酮的含量。结果:当含量浓度处于0.03~0.56 mg·m L-1时,吸光度与浓度呈现出良好的线性关系。微波-分光光度法操作简便,分析速度快,基本能满足分析的要求。
Objective: In order to establish a rapid and brief method to detect Total Flavonoids in Peristrophe Roxburghiana. Methods: Microwave assisted extraction was used in sample processing and spectrophotometry were used to detect Total Flavonoids in Peristrophe Roxburghiana. Results: The concentration and Absorbance showed a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.03~0.56 mg·m L-1. The method of Microwave assisted-spectrophotometry is easy to operate, and meets the analysis requirement.
