白芥子中总黄酮的微波提取与含量测定 被引量:9

摘要 目的:从白芥子中提取总黄酮,并测定其含量。方法:运用微波技术提取白芥子总黄酮,用比色法测定总黄酮含量。结果:测得白芥子中总黄酮含量为1.85%,平均加回收率98.96%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.11%(n=6)。结论:首次运用微波技术从白芥子中提取总黄酮,反应速度加快,提高了提取效率。 Objective:To extract and determine the total flavonoids in Seeds of Brassica alba.Methods:Total flavonoids in Seeds of Brassica alba were extracted by microwave technology and determined by colorimetry;Results:Total flavonoids in Seeds of Brassica alba was 1.85%,and recovery rate was 98.96%,RSD was 2.11%(n=6).Conclusion:Microwave Technology was applied to extracting total flavonoids in Seeds of Brassica alba, the reaction speed is faster and the result is satisfactory.
