摘要
为适应日益外海化深水化的防波堤工程施工,具有施工效率高、造价低、对环境影响小、占有资源少、结构新颖等特点的新型无底桶式结构将取代传统的抛石堤、砂被堤等结构形式。基于此,文中主要介绍连云港港徐圩港区东直立式防波堤新型桶式结构的预制施工工艺,详细表述桶式结构预制流水化施工的全过程,并对其中关键点进行阐述。总体施工工艺成熟,达到了预期效果。
With more and more breakwaters are constructed in deep waters and open seas, the traditional riprap embankment and sand quilt dike will be replaced by the new bottomless bucket-based structure, which has the advantages of high efficiency, low cost, environment friendly, energy saving and novel structure. We introduced the prefabricated techniques of the new bucket-based structure of the east upright breakwater in Xuwei District, Lianyungang Port, and described the overall process of streamline prefabricated construction of bucket-based structure. It turns out the overall construction techniques are matured to meet the desired effects.
