摘要
连云港港徐圩港区直立堤工程采用的新型无底桶式结构具有施工效率高、造价低、对环境影响小、占有资源少、结构新颖等特点,能适应日益外海化深水化的防波堤工程施工。文章介绍了新型无底桶式结构从预制场地到海上安装位置的运输出运工艺,对场内台车运输工艺、上驳气囊运输工艺、水上气浮拖运工艺等多项关键施工技术进行阐述,可为同类型无底桶式结构项目施工提供参考和借鉴。
The new type of bottomless bucket-based structure is the trend to accommodate the increasing breakwater construction in deep waters and open seas with its numerous advantages: high efficiency, low cost, environment friendly,resource saving and frame novel. It has been applied in the up-right breakwater in Xuwei District in Lianyungang Port. We introduced the hauling techniques of bucket-based structure between the prefabricate site and installation position, described the trolleys, gasbags and pneumatic floating techniques, which can provide reference for the construction of similar bottomless bucket-based structures.
