摘要
桶式防波堤基础是一种新型的港口挡浪墙结构,采用工厂预制工艺完成下部结构施工,具有施工速度快的优势;桶式防波堤基础工厂化集中预制最大限度地实现了施工机械化、规模化和标准化,改善了现场施工环境,有益于施工安全、质量和工期控制,可广泛应用于我国港口建设。笔者对桶式防波堤总体预制方案进行了阐述,重点介绍整体钢模板设计与施工;工程实践证明,工程质量符合国家规范要求,保证了施工安全。
Barrel type breakwater is a new type of port wave retaining wall structure. The precast process is used to complete the substructure construction, it has the fast advantage for construction. The centralized prefabrication for barrel type breakwater makes it mechanization, scale and standardization furthest, which can improve the environment of construction field, and be beneficial to the construction safety, quality and schedule control. According to these, it can be widely used in the construction of ports in China. The overall prefabrication scheme for the barrel type breakwater was described, meanwhile, the design and construction for steel formwork was introduced in detail. The engineering practice shows that the quality of the project meets the requirements of national standard, which ensures construction safety.
