摘要
目的研究细叶杜香Ledum palustre L.的化学成分。方法细叶杜香的正丁醇提取物采用硅胶、ODS柱、HPLC柱及重结晶进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为秦皮苷(1)、6-甲氧基香豆素-7-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、槲皮素(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、山奈酚-3-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、flavanol glycoside(7)、芦丁(8)。结论化合物1、2和7为首次从该植物中得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents from Ledum palustre L. METHODS The n-butanol extract of Ledum palustre L. was isolated and purified by silica,ODS,HPLC column and recrystallization. Then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectrum data. RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated and identified as fraxin( 1),6-methylcoumarin-7-β-D-glucoside( 2),quercetin( 3),β-sitosterol( 4),kaempferol-3-β-D-glucoside( 5),quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside( 6),flavanol glycoside( 7),rutin( 8). CONCLUSION Compounds 1,2 and 7 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
