摘要
目的:确定CO2超临界萃取细叶杜香的最佳工艺条件。方法:采用均匀设计,以萃取率为考察指标,对影响CO2超临界萃取因素中的萃取压力、萃取温度和萃取时间3个主要因素进行考察。结果:CO2超临界萃取细叶杜香的最佳工艺条件:萃取压力33PM,萃取温度42℃,萃取时间2.5h,在此条件下,细叶杜香挥发油的萃取率为7.90%。结论:该工艺具有萃取率高、速度快、操作简便等优点,可用于CO2超临界萃取细叶杜香。
Objective:To optimize the extracting process of SFE-CO2 of Ledum palustre L.var.angustum N.Busch.Methods: Uniform design was used to optimize three operational variables of SFE-CO2(extracting press,separating temperature,extracting time),the extraction rate is as evaluating criteria.Results: The optimized operational variables of SFE-CO2 were obtained as following: extracting press was 33MP,extracting temperature 42℃,extracting time was 2.5h,under these conditions the extracting rate is 7.90%.Conclusion: The extracting process is better extraction rate,rapid and convenient,and can be used to extraction of Ledum palustre L.var.angustum N.Busch.
