摘要
沙特图赖夫磷矿P_2O_5品位19.18%,MgO品位7.31%,属硅钙质碳酸盐矿,为获得含镁较低的高品位磷精矿,对其进行选矿试验研究。结果表明:CYH系列捕收剂能更好地实现磷、镁分离。在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm含量占85.64%的条件下,以磷酸与硫酸组成的混合酸为磷矿物抑制剂,CYH-001为捕收剂反浮选白云石,通过闭路试验可获得磷精矿P_2O_5品位32.15%,回收率72.36%;MgO品位0.77%。
There is 19.18% P2O5 and 7.31% MgO in the phosphorus ore from Turaif Saudi Arabia, which belong to the silicon calcium carbonate minerals. Beneficiation experiments were conducted on the ore to obtain the high quality of phosphorus concentrate with low grade magnesium. The results indicated that the series collector of CYH can achieve the separation of phosphorus and magnesium. At the grinding fineness of 85.64% passing 0.074 mm, dolomite reverse flotation with mixed acid of phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid as depressor, and CYH-001 as the collector, by the closedcircuit flow test, it obtained the phosphorus concentrate of the P2O5 grade 32.15% and the recovery rate 72.36%, and the MgO grade 0.77%.
