摘要
对脂肪酸进行了结构修饰和功能基团衍生,研制了一种新型捕收剂α-磺酸基硬脂酸钠。对新型捕收剂的结构进行了表征。单矿物试验结果表明,α-磺酸基硬脂酸钠比硬脂酸钠分离胶磷矿石效果更好。采用α-磺酸基硬脂酸钠与硬脂酸钠复配的捕收剂PL-3对四川省马边磷矿实际矿物进行了单一反浮选试验,获得了P_2O_5品位32.37%、回收率90.40%、MgO含量0.94%的浮选精矿,浮选指标良好。
Based on structure modification and functional group derivation of fatty acids,a new type of collector,α-sulfo sodium stearate,was synthesized. The structure of this collector was characterized. It is shown from the trial flotation tests that,α-sulfo sodium stearate is superior to sodium stearate in separating out collophanite. Reverse flotation test on phosphate rock from Mabian Phosphate Mine in Sichuan province showed that,with PL-3,a combination of α-sulfo sodium stearate and sodium stearate,as the collector,a concentrate with P2O5 content of 32. 37% at 90. 40% recovery was prepared,with a MgO content reduced to 0. 94%,showing an improvement in the processing effect.
