摘要
为了高效利用中低品位胶磷矿,对大峪口磷矿进行了原矿工艺矿物学和浮选工艺参数优化研究。在磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占96.77%,正浮选矿浆温度40℃、碳酸钠用量7.0 kg/t、水玻璃用量6.0 kg/t、碳酸盐抑制剂NO_2^-用量0.6 kg/t、捕收剂棉油皂用量0.35 kg/t,反浮选硫酸用量18.0 kg/t、磷酸用量3.0 kg/t、棉油皂用量0.30 kg/t条件下,对原矿品位22.28%的大峪口磷矿进行分选处理,获得了精矿P_2O_5品位30.68%、回收率83.66%的良好选矿指标。
The mineralogy of Dayukou phosphate ore was studied and its flotation parameters were optimized to utilize more effectively this mid-low grade collophane ore with a P2O5 grade of 22.28%. After milled to a fineness of-0.074 mm96.77%,the pulp was processed by a direct flotation process at pulp temperature of 40 ℃,with dosages for sodium carbonate,sodium silicate,carbonate depressant NO2^- and cottonseed oil soap optimized respectively at 7.0 kg/t,6.0 kg/t,0.6 kg/t and 0.35 kg/t,which was followed by a reverse flotation,with reagent dosages optimized at sulfuric acid of18.0 kg/t,phosphoric acid of 3. 0 kg/t,cottonseed oil soap of 0. 30 kg/t,resulting in 83. 66% recovery into a final phosphate concentrate with P2O5 grade of 30.68%.
