摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,用GC-MS法对山橘果皮和叶片挥发油的成分进行了分析.结果表明,山橘果皮挥发油的主要成分为β-月桂烯、萜品烯、δ-榄香烯和α-荜澄茄油烯等,且鲜果皮和干果皮中主成分相对含量的差异较大;叶片挥发油的主要成分为α-荜澄茄油烯、(+)-4-蒈烯和γ-榄香烯等,且鲜叶与干叶中主成分的相对含量变化不大.可见,山橘果皮和叶片挥发油的主要成分有所不同,果皮中以单萜类物质为主,叶片中以倍半萜类物质为主.山橘挥发油制取时,应把握植株器官的来源及明确材料预处理的方法.
The volatile oil was extracted from peel and leaf of Fortunella hindsii by steam distillation method,then analyzed by GC-MS. The results showed that the main volatile components of F. hindsii peel were β-Myrcene,Terpinene,δ-Elemene,α-Cubebene,and their relative content of fresh and dried peel were greatly different. The main volatile components of F. hindsii leaf were α-Cubebene,( +)-4-Carene,γ-Elemene et al,but there was no difference between their relative content of fresh and dried leaf. Therefore,the main volatile components in peel and leaf of F. hindsii were monoterpene and sesquiterpenoid,respectively. While extracting volatile oil from F. hindsii,we should understand the source of plant organs and the pre-treatment of raw materials.
